Regularly visit to your property when it is not occupied. We check that windows and doors are secure. Air your property, run water true the system. Check for insects infestation. Water leaks etc. Your property will be checked for damages caused by storm or heavy rainfall.

Polish furniture, paint jobs and decorating, light bulbs change, power jet wash, small repairs and re-decorating, tile laying. If necessary we can provide an electrician or plumber.

Clean your property before and after visitors/ guests. Clean all floors, wash bathroom carefully, clean kitchen owen, frig and freezer.
Wipe down kitchen units doors and drawers.
Dispose of open food items left by guests. Sheets,
towels and linen will be washed in your washing machine. If there is no washing machine available at the property then the cost will be increased.
